**Clients who do not show up to their booked appointment without cancelling at least the day before their appointment (No Call No Show) will be charged a non refundable fee that must be paid before their next appointment can be booked. The No Call No Show Fee is 25% of your booked service. ($100 service, fee is $25. $60 service, fee is $15.) (Please let me know if the reason for a last minute cancellation is an EMERGENCY, or you or your child are sick. (The majority of my clients are booked back to back, there’s no need to show up over 5 minutes early.) **Please do not book an appointment if you cannot pay for the service the day of your appointment. From Alicia — **I have been doing lashes since May of 2022, and I have always gone out of my way to be understanding and work with clients for last minute schedule changes. But due to the number of same day cancellations and clients just forgetting appointments (no call no shows) that have occurred in the past few months, I am unfortunately having to enforce this policy. Every client receives an automatic text reminder for their appointment, so Same day cancellations especially can be frustrating—when that cancelled appointment could have gone to someone else wanting it. I appreciate all my clients and encourage everyone to reach out if they need to reschedule or cancel for valid reasons! Please keep in mind that although my studio is connected to my home, I have very limited access to a babysitter and must work not only around my son’s schedule but the schedule of my babysitter.
